Joined Posh at seed as 4th engineer. There for the Series A, hitting 1 million users in the DB, and the launch of the mobile app. Still there for the Series B, hitting #1 in the App Store, finally getting on Next.js, and crossing $250M lifetime ticket sales.

But I wanted to work on an AI-first product, and go back to the feeling of a 4 person engineering team.

So I joined Fonzi. For the last few months I've been building the agent that onboards candidates looking to work at top startups and stays with them through to offer. I spend my time curating the feel of our agent. How it interacts with candidates across email, iMessage, web and Slack. I keep a close eye on the probabilistic parts. Stomping the unwanted bits with persistent iteration and many eval runs. And I keep us up to date on the candidate's processes with the deterministic foundation of a classically engineered system.
